How long will it take to receive my order?
Once your order has been received, it will be processed between 5 to 7 business days. We do not ship on weekends (Friday thru Sunday) or holidays. PLEASE ALLOW EXTRA TIME FOR CUSTOM ORDERS. The amount of transit time depends upon the shipping method chosen at checkout. The Biker Clothing Company will be in touch within 24 to 48 hours if your order is unavailable to discuss alternative arrangements.


I paid for 2-day shipping, but have not received my products within 2 days - why

2-day shipping does not mean you will receive your products within 2 days. What 2-day shipping means is when the item(s) have been process/made, we will then use the 2-day shipping method when sending it out. The majority of our products are custom-made and require extra processing that can not be taken away.

Do you ship international? 

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally. We only ship to the United States and Canada. 

Can I return an item?

The Biker Clothing Company will be happy to refund ( a non-custom product) or exchange your product within 14 days of purchase. Please view our RETURN policy for more information.

Can I return a custom-made product?

Unfortunately, we cannot return custom-made products. All custom-made products are made when the order is placed. We will be happy to exchange a custom-made product for another item on our website within 14 days of purchase. 

Can I return an item I brought from your company at a past bike rally?
Unfortunately, the Biker Clothing Company cannot except returns of merchandise purchased from previous bike rallies. The merchandise that is sold at events are event merchandise only and is separate from our products on our online store. An exchange can be made if you have the original receipt and if the product is unworn with original tags attached. Please email us at customerservice@bikerclothingcompany.com to inquire about exchanges. 

What forms of payment does the Biker Clothing Company accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover for credit card payments as well as PayPal.


Can I use more than one promo code or promotional sale on my order?

Unfortunately, we do not allow customers to use more than one promo code or promotional sale on a single order. Only one discount can be used per customer.

 

I forgot to type in my promo code when I placed my order, can it still be applied?
Unfortunately, we cannot apply promo codes after your order has been placed. If eligible, the promo code can be used on your next order.

 

Can I order over the phone?
Yes, you can! You may call to place an order over the phone at (386) 252-6434. However, if you are wanting to make a wholesale order, please contact us through email at customersupport@bikerclothingcompany.com 

 
If I sign up for the newsletter, will I get spam?
No, we value our customers' privacy and our company will only contact you. We do not disclose customer information to any third parties or sell our customer lists.

What does (Preorder Only) mean?
These are items that are not in stock yet and are available to preorder. This means that you can place your order and we will ship these items to you as soon as we do get them in stock.
